HUD-VASH is a partnership between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and local public housing authorities to help thousands of deserving veterans and their families secure decent, safe, affordable housing. Under the program, eligible low-income veterans receive Housing Choice Voucher assistance plus case management and supportive services from the VA.
