NEW RFQ
RFQ GA-011-2025-04 Website Services
Decatur Housing is now accepting qualifications from qualified, licensed, and insured firms to provide Website Services.
The scope of work includes services related to website graphic design, programming, marketing materials, website maintenance, and implementation of secure system measures.

The intent of this RFQ is to establish a pool of qualified firms that Decatur Housing may engage, at its sole discretion, for various projects depending on the type, size, and complexity of the work.
All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by:
Monday, May 4, 2026.
Proposals will be received until:
3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, May 14, 2026,
Proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@decaturha.org
The subject line for proposal submissions must read: "Website Services - RFQ-GA-011-2025-04."

Following the evaluation and review of all submissions, the anticipated award date is on or around Thursday, June 5, 2026.
Decatur Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of proposals without the consent of Decatur Housing.
Firms submitting proposals or being considered for this project must be properly licensed and provide evidence of such license for their proposal to be considered.

Most of our service contracts are held for a minimum of one year with four (4) annual renewals up to a total of a five (5) year contract.
If your company is selected to perform any service for our Agency you must be able to provide the following documents:
1) Current W-9 Tax Form
2) Current Certificate of Insurance listing Decatur Housing as the certificate holder.
3) Current Business License.
