RFQ Deadline Extended!
Following review of the initial bid response, Decatur Housing has decided to extend the bid submission deadline for RFQ-GA-011-2025-03 - Architectural & Engineering Services to
Thursday, January 29, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. EST.
NOTE: If a proposal was sent during the initial bid submission deadline, those proposals will be considered as part of this RFQ award determination.
Along with this extension a new deadline for questions to be submitted will be
Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Proposals are to be sent via email to procurement@decaturha.org. The subject line when submitting proposals should read
"A & E Services - GA-011-2025-03-EXTENDED."
Following an evaluation process and review of all proposals expected award will be on or around
Thursday, February 19th, 2026.
Decatur Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of the proposal without the consent of Decatur Housing.
The firms submitting proposals or being considered for this project shall be properly licensed and provide evidence of such license for the proposal to be considered.

Most of our service contracts are held for a minimum of one year with four (4) annual renewals up to a total of a five (5) year contract.
If your company is selected to perform any service for our Agency you must be able to provide the following documents:
1) Current W-9 Tax Form
2) Current Certificate of Insurance listing Decatur Housing as the certificate holder.
3) Current Business License.
