Craftmaster Building Renovation

Decatur Housing Authority, in its role implementing Decatur's initial CDBG program, made a loan to a neighborhood-based non-profit to acquire and renovate the vacated Craftmaster building in the heart of Oakhurst Community. A few years later it was acquired by another group and converted into what it is today - containing several businesses, including restaurants.
