SUBJECT: NOTICE REGULAR MEETING
The joint Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners ("DH") of Decatur Housing, and the Board of Directors (PAHI) of Preserving Affordable Housing, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM. At the offices of Decatur Housing, 511 W. Trinity Pl., Decatur, Georgia.
The agenda will include:
- Approval of the Minutes of the DH and PAHI Meeting of June 10, 2026.
- CEO/Executive Report
- Operations Report
- Motion to accept the Authority's Financial Reports for June 2026.
- Consideration of a Resolution Approving the HCV Administrative Plan Amendment - Funding Shortfall Termination Policy
- Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of the DHI Grant Agreement
- Executive Session
- Consideration of a Motion to enter Executive Session
- Consideration of a Motion to close the Executive Session and enter back into the Regular Meeting
- Any other business to lawfully come before the Board.
