Oliver House Front Facade Repairs

Dear Resident(s):

Beginning, Tuesday, August 23rd, repairs will begin to the front façade of the Oliver House building at 8:00a.m. and be completed by Friday, August 26th at 5:00 p.m.

During the construction period the following events will occur:

1. The front entrance to the building will be closed each day during construction from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
   1. Use the side entrance located by the management office
   2. Visitors must also use this side entrance
   3. The entrance will reopen after 5:00 p.m.
2. The front parking area will be blocked off from Monday, August 15th at 8:00 a.m. through Friday, August 19th, at 5:00 p.m.
   1. Please park on the side of the building until the area has been reopened
3. The front sidewalk will be blocked off from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day.
4. Please use CAUTION and AVOID the construction area
