Legacy Park Housing Village Coordination
The City of Decatur and the Decatur Housing Authority invite the community to an open house to learn more about the South Housing Village development at Decatur Legacy Park. The Affordable/Workforce Housing we are designing addresses the community goals identified in the Legacy Park Master Plan and refined in the Housing Addendum adopted by the Decatur City Commission.
An open house is scheduled for February 28, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm in the Hawkins Dining Hall located at the rear of the Administration Building at Decatur Legacy Park (500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur 30030). It will be a drop in format with exhibits showing the proposed master plan, building scale, unit distribution and other design elements allowing the community to review and comment at their convenience.
