WHAT:

• What is PBV (Project Based Voucher)? It provides rental assistance tied to specific units at a designated property (in this case Village at Legacy II).
• The assistance stays with the unit it does not move with the household.

WHO:

• To be eligible for the Project Based Voucher Program the applicant family must:
  • Qualify as a family as defined by HUD and the PHA
  • Have income at or below HUD-specified income limit
  • Qualify on the basis of citizenship or eligible immigrant status of family members
  • Provide social security number information for household members as required
  • Consent to the DH's collection and use of family information as provided for in DH-provided consent forms
  • Not currently receiving a duplicative subsidy
  • Meet net asset and property ownership restriction requirements

WHEN:

• The PBV Village at Legacy waiting list will be open from 12:01 AM on May 28, 2026 thru 11:59 pm on June 8, 2026 ONLY.
• No applications will be accepted before or after these dates and times
• The online application is available 24 hours a day during the open period.

HOW:

• Applicants MUST apply ONLINE ONLY, providing a valid email address at:

• Persons with a disability who cannot apply online without assistance may contact 404-270-2144 to request assistance Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the open waitlist time period ONLY.
• Applicants may use a personal computer, public computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet access to apply.
