THIS SCHOLARSHIP IS CLOSED FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.  HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN CLASS OF 2026 BE SURE TO CHECK BACK AND APPLY EARLY FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP FOR WHEN THE OPENING OF THE SCHOLARSHIP HAPPENS. 

This form is to be used for Class of 2025 High School Graduates of Decatur High School.  You must be a the child of a resident of DHA properties (Allen Wilson I, III, Swanton Heights, Trinity Walk I, II) to submit this form. Applications taken until May 9, 2025.
