Dear Residents, 

Partnership for Community Action will be visiting our Decatur Housing Community to provide Energy Assistance services. 

To help residents prepare, a mandatory meeting will be held on the following dates: 

  • January 26 at 3:00 PM 
  • February 2 at 5:00PM                                                                                                       
  • (Location: Community Center) 

During this meeting, residents will receive the dates, times, and location for when Partnership for Community Action will be on-site to provide heating assistance. 

Required Documents (must be presented for scanning): 

  • Applicant ID 
  • Social Security Card for all household members 
  • Proof of income for the last 30 days (e.g., 2026 award letter) 
  • Most recent utility bill (gas and electric) 

Copies will be made during the mandatory meeting. No copies will be made during the Partnership visit, so please be sure to bring all required documents with you.
