Landlord Briefings will be held at 2:00pm-4:00pm on the following dates:

Briefings will be held at DH's office location at 511 W. Trinity Place, Decatur GA 30030.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read and follow the instructions to ensure prompt processing of your registration. These procedures are strictly enforced.

The landlord briefing is designed to help landlords learn about the Housing Choice Voucher program at Decatur Housing. Attendance is recommended.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. You may pre-register by regular mail to the address above, by email or by fax to 404-270-2129 or you may register in person at our office. Each attendee must be registered separately. Your registration form MUST be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the briefing. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can apply online by clicking here. 

Confirmation will be sent by e-mail so please write legibly. If you do not receive confirmation, you have not been registered.

Choose a preferred AND alternate date. You will be rescheduled if you miss the first meeting. If you miss the alternate date you will be required to submit a new registration form.
