Partnership for Community Action Energy Assistance

Seniors 65 and older will be able to apply for energy assistance on their electric or gas bill.  Beginning Monday December 2nd at PCA.  PCA will come to the Oliver House tenative dates are on December 16th and 17th at 9:00am
