Allen Wilson
Allen Wilson Phase 1 is complete! Phase 1 is two 20-unit buildings with 1, 2, & 3 Bedroom units. Residents are currently residing in the new buildings.
Oliver House - Phase 2 is complete! Oliver House has 80 units and activity space for programs and services, a new management and maintenance offices.

The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, Georgia offers many programs and services to meet the needs of the City of Decatur and to provide for its growth and development and to assist individuals and families at varying levels of income to afford to live in quality housing in the City of Decatur
Our programs are designed to meet the needs of renters, owners, and hopeful owners; welfare recipients, young families, service workers, police and fire personnel, the elderly, and many others.
With these goals in mind, the Authority plans, develops and implements programs that are specifically designed to improve the lives of our families, promote our thriving community and to foster economic development within our city. Additionally the Authority offers programs directly to the residents of its affordable housing rental communities.
Spring Pointe is an open, landscaped community of 65 apartments in 11 buildings. Additionally there are 2 nearby single family homes and two new three (3) unit triplexes on Olympic Place now for rent that are all part of Spring Pointe. For more details click on more below.

Elderly Building

The Decatur Housing Authority will be altering its lobby hours effective Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Central Office building located at 750 Commerce Drive. The new lobby hours will be 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
Office hours remain 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and staff can be contacted by phone or email.
